A Message from the Associate Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
As the first vice president and chief operating officer for the Texas A&M University Higher Education Center at McAllen, I am incredibly proud to lead such a dynamic team of faculty and staff members dedicated to serving Aggies in South Texas.
As a native of the Rio Grande Valley, I value the importance of providing a Texas A&M education in our own backyard. We have the wonderful opportunity of welcoming many more brilliant students to the Aggie community and provide them with challenging yet rewarding courses taught by industry leaders, and in a small yet highly interactive learning environment.
With the goal of elevating our academic and professional opportunities, I know our students’ success and our commitment to supporting higher education will continue to shape a brighter future for our region, our state and beyond.
