Steven Delgado is a lecturer at the Texas A&M University Higher Education Center at McAllen for the Department of Construction Science. Steven attended Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science. He has over 14 years of experience in the construction industry where he has worked as a Field Engineer, Project Expeditor, BIM Operator, Project Manager, Estimator and Director of Estimating.
