Luis M. Salinas '12 is a Program Coordinator II for the Texas A&M University Higher Education Center at McAllen. He focuses on campus orientation programs such as New Student Conference, Howdy Week and PALM Camp, student leadership and development (including student organization management), and campus engagement activities including Ring Day and Graduation. Luis received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management in 2012 and his Master of Jurisprudence in Wealth Management from the Texas A&M School of Law in 2019.
Luis previously worked for the Texas A&M University Rio Grande Valley Regional Prospective Student Center in Pharr, Texas for five years. He enjoyed recruiting future Aggies from across the Rio Grande Valley and now looks forward to welcoming incoming freshmen and working with them to reach their goals. In his spare time, Luis enjoys running, attending sporting events and spending time with his dog Ginny.
